The AquaConSoil Exhibition is located at the vibrant center of the conference Palais des Congrès de Liège, ensuring high visibility and foot traffic. With catering served directly in the exhibition area, attendees will have ample opportunities to explore your offerings.

How does it work?
- Choose Your Booth:
Indicate your preferred type of booth in the pre-registration form. Each booth comes with a standard shell scheme and basic furniture. - Finalize Your Spot:
Booth locations will be confirmed after sharing and discussing the final floor plan with you. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. - Customize Your Booth:
You will recieve a webshop link where you can upgrade your booth with custom branding and additional items for a even more professional look. - Set Up at the Event:
Arrive at the venue, and get ready to showcase your products and services!

Furniture
Included Furniture Package:
- White walls 2,5 meter high
- Nameboard
- Socket 500W
- 2 LED spots on arm
- 1 High table and 2 high chairs
- Paper bin
- Transportation, set-up and dismantling
Optional Furniture
Each booth comes equipped with a standard shell scheme, as shown in the image, along with basic furniture. Additionally, there is the option to expand and enhance your booth with customized branding and additional equipment for a more professional presentation.
